Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to your use of the EzyHisab website and billing software ("EzyHisab", "we", "our"), run by MHM Tech Experts, Sector 70, Mohali, Punjab, India. By creating an account or using EzyHisab you agree to them.
1. Your account
- You must give correct information when you sign up. New accounts are reviewed and switched on by our team after payment.
- Keep your password safe. You are responsible for everything done through your account, so tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
- You must be at least 18 and use EzyHisab for a lawful business.
2. Using EzyHisab
- You may use EzyHisab to create, save and download your own invoices.
- You may not misuse it: no illegal or fake invoices, no attempts to break into the service or other users' data, no copying, reselling or reverse-engineering the software.
3. Ownership of EzyHisab
EzyHisab, including its software, design, logo, text and features, is owned by EzyHisab / MHM Tech Experts and is protected by copyright and other laws. These terms give you only a right to use EzyHisab. You may not copy, clone, resell, share, scrape, decompile or reuse any part of it, or use the EzyHisab name or logo, without our written permission. We may take legal action against any copying or misuse.
4. Your data and your invoices
- The business and customer data you enter belongs to you. We store it only to provide the service. See our Privacy Policy.
- You are responsible for the accuracy of your invoices, GST details, rates and amounts. EzyHisab helps with calculations but is not tax, legal or accounting advice. Please check your invoices and filings with your accountant.
- Keep your own backups of important records (the app has a backup option).
5. Payment and refunds
Fees, the lifetime plan and refunds are described in our Payment Policy & Refund page, which forms part of these terms.
6. Availability and changes
We work to keep EzyHisab available and secure, but we cannot promise it will always run without interruption or error. We may update, improve or change features from time to time, and may carry out maintenance.
7. Suspension and ending your account
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or is used to harm others or the service. You can ask us to delete your account at any time (see Delete your account).
8. Limit of our responsibility
To the extent the law allows, EzyHisab is provided "as is". We are not responsible for indirect or business losses, lost profits, or losses caused by wrong data you entered, by a third-party service (such as Google Firebase), or by events outside our control. Our total responsibility to you for any claim will not be more than the amount you paid us for EzyHisab.
9. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date above. Continuing to use EzyHisab after a change means you accept it.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the courts at SAS Nagar (Mohali), Punjab.
